Why start your career at Wayfair?
Development Opportunities
We offer students and graduates the chance to learn new skills and build upon existing ones, whether it’s through technological training or a course on communication and negotiation.
Autonomy
From day one, you’ll take the lead on distinct high-impact projects and drive results. Wayfair believes in giving all employees the autonomy to innovate, build and fix quickly.
Mentorship
What better way to grow than by working side by side with people of all backgrounds and experience levels? At Wayfair, we make it easy for you to get to know your coworkers, and we’ll provide you with as many formal and informal mentoring opportunities as possible.
Find Your Next Opportunity
Our six-month internship programme is designed to help you understand what working as a full-time employee is like. You’ll be assigned real projects, work with your team and contribute directly to your team’s goals and objectives. We hire interns year-round and are open to student and graduate applicants from bachelor’s and master’s programmes.
As a working student, you will be working part-time on a dedicated team while pursuing your studies. You’ll gain experience and insight into your team’s day-to-day responsibilities while supporting them in achieving their goals. You must be enrolled full-time at a university and available to work 16–20 hours per week. We hire working students year-round for our locations in Germany.
As a full-time employee, you’ll be challenged to solve complex problems and develop solutions to company-wide initiatives. We are looking for analysts and associates who are passionate about technology and e-commerce. We hire aspiring and recent graduates year-round.

At Wayfair, we understand that for candidates considering joining our team, a large part of that consideration is weighed by how they perceive our company culture and whether they feel represented in the workplace. It’s important for them to feel like Wayfair is somewhere they can be themselves, and we want every employee – current and future – to feel welcome. In pursuit of that goal, we offer candidates the opportunity to meet with our Culture Ambassadors outside the formal interview process.
